LIEN ASSISTANT

Job Description:


A Lien Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:  
• Analyzing client files for the retrieval of necessary documents: settlement documents, medical reports
   (AME’s, QME’s), payment histories, objection letters, etc.      
• Call providers and obtain balances and demands        
• Review payment histories    
• Help prepare files for Court 

Job Qualifications:


A qualified candidate must: 
• Work under pressure and manage difficult files quickly
• Demonstrate attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills       
• Knowledge of work comp terminology and paperwork, a plus 
• Have strong computer skills are necessary. Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook are a must. Looking for   strong Excel skills
