HEARING REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:


A Hearing Representative is responsible for, but not limited to: 
•  Review files and help prepare for litigation
•  Attend conferences and trials on behalf of our clients
•  Negotiate using the WCAB procedures and merits of the case
•  Represent HCRG and our clients with respect and integrity
•  Obtain Stip & Order and Dismissals when appropriate
•  Complete Hearing Reports
•  Prepare Stips & Issues for Trials

Job Qualifications:


A qualified candidate must: 
•  Previous WCAB lien appearance experience
•  Ability to prepare petition for costs/sanctions, recons, orders to vacate, etc
•  Knowledge of the WCAB judges and preferred practices
•  Basic knowledge of provider billing and some OMFS (this is a plus but not fully required as we do provide    expert witnesses and bill review EOB’s)
•  This position will report to our Litigation Manager and attend lien conferences – lien trials on behalf of our    clients. They will execute the litigation strategies in place while at the WCAB appearances.
